The Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor has recently launched new websites for two authorities serving international trade and foreign investors wishing to invest in Israel: the Industrial Cooperation Authority and the Foreign Trade Administration.
About the Industrial Cooperation Authority
The Industrial Cooperation Authority initiates, coordinates and monitors industrial and commercial cooperation between Israeli and foreign companies. ICA assists overseas companies in forming appropriate partnerships in Israel, helps foreign businessman to locate suitable Israeli manufacturers for their products, or strategic partnerships for joint ventures, outsourcing, R&D and more. All services are provided free of charge
ICA offers expertise and advice about how an industrial cooperation undertaking should be carried out, and provides necessary information about Israeli industry.

The Foreign Trade Administration
The Foreign Trade Administration (FTA) is responsible for managing and directing the international trade policy of the State of Israel. The administration’s main areas of activity include:
Promotion of trade and export, initiating and maintaining trade agreements for the improvement of Israel’s trade conditions.
Attracting and encouraging foreign investments.
Creating strategic cooperation with foreign companies.
